As Associate Creative Director, Dames is the driving force behind our visual storytelling, transforming client visions into stunning, impactful content. With over 6 years of experience, his passion for photography and videography is unmatched, and his camera is an extension of his creative spirit.
What started as a self-taught passion during his travels to places like Japan and Thailand has blossomed into a successful career, where he brings a unique, wanderlust-inspired perspective to every project. Dames thrives on pushing the boundaries of what's possible, always striving to deliver visuals that captivate, inspire, and leave a lasting impression.
His commitment to his craft is unwavering—always camera-ready, always searching for that perfect shot. Dames doesn't just capture moments; he brings them to life, making him your go-to creator for unforgettable visuals that tell powerful stories.

Tom is our Video Production Manager, which means he spends a lot of time obsessing over how stories are told—whether through interviews, cinematography, or the perfect cut that makes everything click.
A lifelong film lover, Tom is just as happy watching a blockbuster on the big screen as he is dissecting an indie gem at home. He takes his Letterboxd profile worryingly seriously, curating star ratings and reviews as if the BFI is personally watching. He also has a soft spot for horror—whether it’s a slow-burn psychological thriller or a gloriously schlocky B-movie, he’s all in.
He studied Film Production in Cheltenham, officially specialising in producing, but in reality, doing a bit of everything: editing, directing, sound, camera work, and making sure projects actually make sense. For him, storytelling isn’t just about nice visuals—it’s about making sure every shot, transition, and sound design choice serves a purpose.
He also loves motion graphics—quick, sharp, and satisfying. Few things bring him more joy than making pixels behave.
In short: Tom makes videos that actually say something. And he’ll go to great lengths to make sure they do.

Joe is our Senior Video Producer
A self-proclaimed Cinematic God (humility is overrated) with an obsession for making every shot look like a work of art. With a deep passion for cinematography and a love for horror films—the scarier, the better—he thrives on crafting visuals that leave audiences in awe (or hiding behind their sofas).
When he’s not behind the camera perfecting the perfect frame, you’ll likely find him at Anfield, passionately supporting Liverpool and questioning the referee’s eyesight. Football loyalties aside, his ultimate goal is to win awards and cement his name in the filmmaking hall of fame—until then, he’s busy turning everyday moments into cinematic masterpieces.
With an eye for detail, a love for storytelling, and a relentless drive to push creative boundaries, Joe is on a mission to make every frame count.

Andy is our seasoned Senior Video Producer with expertise in sound recording, live event technology, and film production—essentially a one-person media powerhouse (with a preference for great coffee). Holding a master's degree in film, he has a track record of delivering everything from polished corporate videos to live events that engage rather than embarrass.
Beyond capturing high-quality audio and visuals, Andy is an avid marathon runner, a football enthusiast, and an occasional surfer—doing his best to stay upright on the waves. A passionate photographer and filmmaker, his true love remains sound recording, knowing that without great audio, even the most stunning visuals can fall flat.

Freya is one of our Junior Designers, bringing a sharp visual eye and a natural flair for design to everything she touches. A whizz with Canva, she’s got an instinct for creating striking, polished visuals that turn heads, whether it’s social graphics, print ads or anything in between.
Her work seamlessly supports other teams, ensuring clients get the eye-catching pizzazz they need to stand out.
Beyond the world of design, Freya is a lover of warmer climates, having spent nine years living in Goa, India. This experience has fuelled her passion for travel and cultural exploration.
When she’s not hot-footing around the world, you’ll likely find her running. But in true work life balance fashion, she also enjoys unwinding with a glass of wine. Something that we’re sure niche areas of TikTok recommend as the perfect accompaniment to an evening run.
